How do I keep my curly hair looking good over night?
Whenever I sleep, my hair gets out of control. If I tie it in a pony tail it stays in the shape of the pony tail (if you know what I mean)
How do I keep my (naturally curly) hair looking good over night?

Specifically, overnight your can try "plopping" wet hair:

If it’s mostly dry I would do a "pineapple". lol, these all have weird names. Anyways put your hair up in a very high, loose ponytail with a cloth wrapped hair tie (also known as scrunchie). This will prevent the curls form being stretched out and stuff. Also to prevent frizzing and damage from moving in your sleep try sleeping on a satin pillowcase.

take a shower in the morning , put moouse into it, and let it air dry that way it won’t loose its shape.
or if you HAVE to take a shower at night go to sleep with it and put some moouse in and fix them with a curling iron in the morning..
but the first option is better

i have curly hair too, and my curls actually come out the nicest when i shower at night… i just put mousse in it while its wet and go straight to be and just make sure that it is slightly fanned out, not under your head.

Pin curls on top of your head. Showing at night makes your morning routine much easier and your curls are more tamed. Comb and apply your styling product. Twist sections of hair on top of your head and secure them with a small clip or bobby pins.

if your hair is flat-ish in the morning, i would suggest wetting you hair slightly in the morning using a small spray bottle, and then applying mousse - it works better on slightly damp hair. but if your hair is just frizzy, some de-frizz spray in the morning should do the trick.
i hear the got2b hair styling products work great and they smell really good too :)

good luck !

Whats your opinion on TKD in Combat V.S Demo, Point Sparring?
I feel what a lot of other martial artists feel about TKD… It lost scores of integredity when it became gymnastics with kicks in demo’s and all over ESPN 2… and Olympic TKD could not look anymore of a joke.. all they do is fling high speed, low power kicks untill the judge yells stop.

However when used for strictly for it’s combat applications TKD is great… It offers "of course" a wide array of kicks… a blocking system that can be used as an instant counter, seeing as how the blocks are close range strikes to the opponents attacking limb..and can slide into grabs. The fist, open hand, and elbow techniques are very intense and can be used in realistic sparring if the WTF ever let their Black Belts spar instead of just play "footsies" and the Knee strike is a common tool also taught in TKD… I think TKD failed early on in Venues like early UFC because the Blackbelts were in the failed mindset that it was like a WTF sparring match… Ive used TKD in real combat situations and won against people stronger than me. So why do you think people like the WTF want to keep up this notion of fancy fantasy fighting and ignore the true griddy combat apps of TKD…afterall TKD was made for fighting in the f’ing first place.
