Fashion Show Theme Ideas Please?
okay so we are having our annual fashion show at my school. and we need a theme. we have already done things such as fashion throughout time, fashions around the world, welcome to the funhouse (which consisted of fantasy, horror, and circus), and a show based on kids games.
the show would be 3 acts, 3 scenes per act, and about 2 and a half to 3 hours long. whenever a theme is decided we would conform the clothes to fit the theme. our target audience is high school students. we need an original idea please. something huge that can be broken down into smaller bits.

I feel like I'm going insane !?
Is it just me or does pregnancy really mess your head up. I mean since I’ve been pregnant I have really crazy and paranoid thoughts. I’m obsessed that when my partner goes to the shop he’s with someone else, I don’t believe he’d ever do anything to me like that and do trust him, but I can’t control my head. He’s unemplyed at the moment because he can’t find a vacancy in his line of work, and it gets him down a bit, if he goes out to find work then comes home he’s a bit down because there’s nothing available, but I’m obsessed that he’s down because he has to come home to me.
We have sex, the same as we did before he got unemployed, and before i got pregnant, but because it’s not every night like the first month or two we were together that also has me obsessed that he doesn’t like me anymore, or that he’s getting it elsewhere.
Why am I being so crazy?! I hate it. Is it normal? because it’s starting to bring me down.

I get the same way. I am always asking me fiance what he is doing, who he is with, what he did all day, going through his phone and things like that. I think it’s because I feel like I am so huge and unattractive now (27w5d) that I think he would rather go somewhere else. Sex changes with someone after you get pregnant for sure, at least us it has. I get tired, we can’t do positions and things we used to because my belly gets in the way or it’s uncomfortable. You aren’t alone in thinking all this stuff.

It’s hormones, dear. I liken it to PMS with the intensity knob turned way, way up.

The worst fight my husband and I have had in the last three years was when I was about 5 weeks pregnant and I was livid (like screaming, crying, throwing things) that he thought we only needed one car seat for two cars. Yes, it’s a big issue, but I probably didn’t need to turn into the Incredible Hulk over it 36 weeks before it was actually a consideration.

That is normal. All it is, is your hormones. Just try to keep a positive attitude. Alot of women go through this so you are not alone. My first pregnancy I was like that. With my second i was not(which my husband was thankful for).

Calm down relax, You need to talk to him and tell him how you feel. Yes, some of this is normal your hormones are changing. It could be that he may feel less of a man that he is not able to support you and baby at this time. You know guys are like babies sometimes you have to reassure them, like honey I know you are gonna get a job soon. We will be fine. Just don’t finish the rest like we will be fine for now.

Does This Guy Like Me?
I’m torn. I don’t know if he likes me or just wants to be friends. He calls me Vampire Girl and sometimes between periods we talk to each other about random stuff and we play this really lame game at my school called like Zap.

Sorry, but you’re going at this backward. The thesis statement is the condensation, or distillation, if you will, of your research. So you have to read Hunt for Red October first, and then draw your conclusions as to why he is criticized. And once you have those conclusions, you will have your thesis statement and all you have to do is back it up with your research.

My partner has a mole on his chest-it is about the size of a matchstick head. He was playing with my little boy the other day and it got snagged. There is no blood or anything but it has gone a very deep red colour and almost flat.(it was a perfect round ball shape). He says it is still sore & has had a plaster over it since it happened. Should he get it checked or will it be okay just to leave it?

you know, my boyfriend actually has that too. he messed with it alot though and kept squeezing it till blood came out (nasty, i know). but his has gotten alot better and is almost gone and he didnt go to the doctor. however, your partner is not my boyfriend so it could be like skin cancer if you guys are out in the sun alot or if they go tanning. so, just to be safe you might want to get it checked out.

Is dxm too dangerous if you have a heart murmur.?

First off, I AM NOT INCOMPETENT. I REALIZE ANY DRUG CAN BE DANGEROUS, AND THAT I AM NOT INVINCIBLE. AND I MAKE THE CONSCIENTIOUS DECISION TO USE THEM. I AM NOT ASKING FOR DRUG HORROR STORIES OR ADVICE. I APPRECIATE THE CONCERN, BUT I HAVE ALREADY MADE MY MIND UP ON THESE SORT OF THINGS, AND DO NOT WANT TO ARGUE.

My apologies for my little rant.

anywho. i have dipped into the world of psychoactives on many occasions, and i consider myself moderately knowledgeable on the subject of a few particular drugs i have used. i am not claiming to be an expert or doctor or invincible, but i have done some research and experimented with a few of them.

i have taken dxm a few times and have had zero negative side effects. my buddy really wants to try it and i have told him i would be willing to trip with him, because i enjoy it, and to watch out for him because he does not know what to expect. HOWEVER. he recently told me he has a heart murmur. today he was talking about wanting to trip and i thought maybe his heart murmur combined with dxm in high(ish/er) doses could be straight up deadly.

i want him to have fun, but i obviously dont want him to die. so, with that being said,

if he takes dxm for RECREATIONAL purposes, in high enough doses to "trip" could his heart murmur cause severe negative side effects?

and by severe i mean life threatening, not vomiting or tachycardia, or anxiety, or mild side effects.

what is a heart murmur and will he die if he takes dxm?

If his doctor says his heart is weakened by the murmur, then he shouldn’t do DXM, just to be on the safe side, because it could potentially affect heart rate/regularity and blood-pressure. Plus, if he had a bad trip the anxiety would be very stressful on the heart.

A word of caution: DXM is one of the more neuro-toxic drugs available. Like PCP & Ketamine, it produces a reaction that can cause irregular blood flow and heat management within the brain, leading to lesions of the temporal lobes (which are very important for understanding speech and time-related tasks). Read more about this on google, erowid, or elsewhere before you decide to take DXM again.
